• Help with the new recycling system for all Arahoe's recyclables: plastics, tins etc
• Help with the new composting system

2013 Goals

• Plant companion plants in the garden beds (e.g. marigolds with brassicas)
• Nurse seeds to seedlings in classrooms
• Keep orchards watered and looked after
• Weed raised garden beds
• Create information signs for plants
• Fertilise orchard areas - both citrus, apple and stone fruit trees
• Create bird feeders to hang on trees (winter)
• Appoint monitors to turn off devices and lights when leaving the classroom

Term 4, 2012 Goals

• Plant plants that feed native birds along the north bank
• Keep natives watered and looked after
• Plant bok-choy, peas and beans in raised garden beds
• Weed raised garden beds
• Create information signs for plants
